Android Update: Samsung Galaxy Note 8 Android Oreo With January Update

The beginning of 2018 has been great for Samsung, which has started rolling out Android 8.0 along with the January security update. Android 8.0 Oreo also got to Galaxy Note 8 and that’s not all.

Samsung Galaxy S8: Android Oreo Beta Program Coming to an End

Both Galaxy S8 and S8 Plus will have the Android Oreo beta program ended on 15 January and it only means that soon they will receive the final and stable build. So far, both phones have received Wi-Fi certification on Android 8.0 Oreo.

Along with the security update from Android, Samsung will also add some fixes to take care of 5 critical issues regarding high-risk vulnerability. The first Samsung Galaxy device that got the January security patch was Galaxy Tab A (the 2016 edition).
