If your Safari crashes out of nowhere, after the update, try to change to a different Network and then open Safari again. Be sure that your device has a good internet network and that it’s connected to the wi-fi or mobile data. When using Wi-fi, check the router to see if it’s connected to the internet.
Reset your network settings
This may be a reason why Safari won’t work properly. You can solve this problem by resetting all Network settings to default. For this, go to Settings, look for General, go to Reset and then to Reset Network Settings. After this, you will need to re-enter your wi-fi password.
Clear history and web data
If you want to improve its performance, you might want to clean out the cache, cookies and history. To get rid of them all, go to Settings, to Safari, then press Clear History and Website Data. You will lose the browsing history, all your login data, preferences and even the theme you chose for it.
Restart your phone
This might help you, especially if you haven’t done it in a long time. All the apps and processes on your gadget will be closed and the iOS memory will be released, which should make it easier for Safari to run.
